Welcome to our pleasant shop, ideally located in the heart of Libourne and completely renovated in Spring 2024. Our house offers you a spacious, modern space, opening onto a lovely garden and terrace. It's the ideal base for discovering the Bastide of Libourne and the Grand Saint-Emilionnais region. The accommodation Our shop offers you, on the ground floor : - A bright living room with a dining area and a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A 164 cm TV lets you enjoy your favorite programs. - WC. - A bedroom with double bed (140*190cm), private bathroom and access to the garden. On the souplex : - A lounge area with a 132cm TV, two sofas and a large pouffe. - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (also available: tancarville, iron & board, baby equipment). 1st floor (access via spiral staircase - see photo): - One bedroom with double bed (140*190cm) - Another bedroom with 2 single beds. - A shower room and WC. The garden is at the rear of the house (kitchen and dining room level + bedroom 1) and features a terrace (dining table / 6 seats, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue). Outdoor games are available, as well as a box of various games and books in the living area (souplex). Traveler access You have access to the entire house. Other remarks Bed linen and towels are provided.
